Fantastic city view from the room.

The noise insulation between the rooms could be better. I was disturbed by loud conversations from my neighbor, making it hard to relax. It was really disappointing as I was looking forward to a quiet stay, but the sounds from the walls made me feel uneasy.

We stayed for two nights and loved the bustling Old Quarter. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and we enjoyed a lovely day trip to Halong Bay, staying in a Junior Suite aboard the Signature Cruise with stunning views and impeccable service.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available.

Enjoyed my 7-night stay in a spacious Executive City View Room. The breathtaking views were mesmerizing, and the staff, especially Miss Giang, were incredibly attentive. Be sure to try the breakfast buffet, the selection is outstanding! Book the airport transfer for stress-free arrivals.

However, in-room laundry services are somewhat overpriced compared to local options, and while staff are friendly, there were instances where requests took longer than expected.

perfect access to the old quarter and beautiful parks

I truly enjoyed my stay as the hotel is perfectly situated right in the heart of the old quarter, making it so easy to stumble upon the beautiful Lake of the Restored Sword just a few steps away and immerse myself in the vibrant local culture with the Hanoi Night Market only a short walk from the hotel. the staff was excellent, extremely attentive, and the breakfast offered a nice variety of both local and familiar options, which I greatly appreciated.

During our 4-night stay, we loved everything about our trip. The location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions like Hoan Kiem Lake and Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre. The spacious triple room was always perfectly cleaned, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. After exploring the city, the in-hotel spa offered great massages that helped us unwind. We appreciate the late check-out accommodation since we had a late night flight, making our last day much more enjoyable.
